World Solar Challenge 2017
Curtain up for the thyssenkrupp blue.cruiser - the new sun-powered car from the Bochum College was presented to the public on 5 July 2017.
Once again Edscha cares for more mobility. In addition to the door hinges made of high-strength aluminum, Edscha also supports the current SolarCar project with the appropriate door checks. "In addition we are involved in several four-joint hinges," reports Georg Dell, who has co-operated with the SolarCar team. Thanks to Edscha, the roof, the hood and the rear of the solar car can be opened in addition to the doors.
