Electronics engineers learn how to program PLCs, use modern measuring equipment and perform basic manual tasks like manufacturing parts from metal and plastic.

They work at the interface between electrical engineering and computer control. Here they configure electrical equipment and they commission and maintain electrical control systems. The areas include energy, measurement and control technology, and drive technology.
